Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $49.99! Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping for orders under $49.99 due to our commitment to keeping prices as low as possible. If you're looking to save, consider purchasing in bulk or looking for available coupon codes. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter, where we regularly share exclusive deals and discounts.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to states or countries that are permitted.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24-72 business hours of order placement.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 10 AM PST on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays from major shipping carriers. We will notify you via email or phone if there are any significant delays with your order.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure the timely delivery of your products. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method chosen at checkout:
- FedEx® Pak: 2-3 business days (fastest delivery option)
- First Class Mail: 2-7 business days (depends on your location)
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days (depends on your location)
- UPS: 1-5 business days
Please note: All estimated shipping times are based on the carrier's guidelines and do not account for potential delays.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Superstrain is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Any shipping issues, such as non-receipt of packages, must be addressed directly with the postal carrier. We are happy to assist where possible, but any shipping issues should be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Please ensure that your address is correct when placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can result in shipping delays, returns, and additional costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Business Days and Holidays
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders received after 10:00 AM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday, provided Monday is not a holiday. Tracking numbers may not become active until 7-8 PM PST on the day of shipment.
Age Verification
In compliance with strict FDA regulations, we require age verification for all customers. We have partnered with Smart Age Verification to ensure that all customers are of legal smoking age in their respective state. If we are unable to verify your age, we may contact you for further verification or ship your order with adult signature required. This means that an adult, aged 21 or older, must sign for the package upon delivery, providing a government-issued ID as proof.
